  • 0.5 cups milk add gradually
For the Frosting
  • 1 cups unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar add gradually
  • 2-4 tbsp milk to achieve desired consistency
  • 1 bottle red food coloring for vampire blood effect
For the Garnish

Preparation

  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, and ensure a smooth mixture.
Baking
  1. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  2. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool completely.
Frosting and Decorating
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened butter and powdered sugar, adding milk as needed until you get a smooth consistency.
  2. Stir in red food coloring until you reach your desired shade of 'vampire blood.'
  3. Using a piping bag, frost the top of your cooled cupcakes.
  4. Drizzle chocolate syrup across the top to create your vampire 'bite' marks.
