  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips use more chocolate for added indulgence
Decoration

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar. Stir well until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  2. Let the brownies cool slightly, then decorate with colored sprinkles or edible decorations.

Notes

Don't overmix the batter to maintain fudgy texture. Cool brownies completely for perfect cutting. You can refrigerate for quicker cooling. Adding a tablespoon of espresso powder enhances the chocolate flavor.
