Preparation
- Start by patting the squid dry with paper towels.

Grilling
- While your squid is marinating, fire up your grill or grill pan.
- Once the grill is ready, place the squid rings on it. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque and slightly charred.
Finishing Touches
- Remove the squid from the grill and toss it back in the bowl with the remaining olive oil, chopped parsley, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Plate the grilled squid and garnish with additional parsley if desired.
