Assembly
- Grab your tortillas and layer them with a handful of mixed greens, grilled shrimp, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. Drizzle your dressing over everything.
- Carefully roll the tortillas, tucking in the sides as you go. Aim for snug wraps that aren't overstuffed.
- Slice your wraps in half and enjoy immediately, or pack them for work.
