Filling Oysters
- Place the cleaned oysters on a grill-safe baking sheet or directly on the grill grate.
- Spoon a generous amount of the garlic-Parmesan mixture over each oyster.
Grilling
- Place the oysters on the grill and close the lid.
- Grill for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serving
- Remove the oysters from the grill.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
