  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving for a tangy finish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Make sure your oysters are shucked and cleaned for optimal grilling.
Mixing
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and stir well.
Filling Oysters
  1. Place the cleaned oysters on a grill-safe baking sheet or directly on the grill grate.
  2. Spoon a generous amount of the garlic-Parmesan mixture over each oyster.
Grilling
  1. Place the oysters on the grill and close the lid.
  2. Grill for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serving
  1. Remove the oysters from the grill.
  2. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
