- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Once the mixture forms a dough, lightly flour your work surface and knead the dough for about 5-6 times.
- Divide the dough into 4-6 equal pieces, roll each into a ball, poke a hole in the center, and stretch to create the bagel shape.
- Optional: Whisk the egg and brush it over the top of the bagels before adding any toppings.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Experiment with flavors by adding herbs, garlic powder, or cheddar cheese. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month.
