Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Cheese Mixture
  1. In a bowl, combine the ricotta and mozzarella cheese, adding a pinch of salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
  2. Mix in red pepper flakes if desired.
Assembling the Pizza
  1. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the prepared crust, leaving space at the edges.
  2. Scatter the chopped spinach and roasted garlic over the cheese layer. Top with crumbled feta.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Serving
  1. Once the pizza is out of the oven and slightly cooled, slice and serve hot, drizzling with olive oil for extra flavor.

Notes

For roasted garlic, wrap whole cloves in foil and bake for 30 minutes at 400°F until soft. Prepare cheese base and toppings in advance for quicker assembly later. Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings.
