- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken breasts in the mixture and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to a few hours.
Cooking
- In the last couple of minutes, sprinkle crumbled feta over the chicken.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Notes
Don't be afraid to drizzle some extra lemon juice on top before serving! Chicken cutlets can be used for faster cooking. Leftovers taste great the next day.
