- In a medium bowl, take your chicken breasts and pour in the buttermilk. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

- In a large bowl, mix crushed cornflakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove marinated chicken from the buttermilk and shake off excess. Dip each piece into the cornflake mixture, pressing lightly.
Baking
- Place coated chicken breasts on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
For extra flavor, add cayenne pepper or your favorite herbs. For a crunchier texture, consider double-dipping the chicken in buttermilk before coating with cornflakes.
