Cooking the Steak Bites

- Remove the steak and keep warm.
Scrambling the Eggs
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, a splash of milk, and some salt and pepper.
- Clean the skillet, lower the heat to medium, and pour in the egg mixture.
- Stir gently and cook for about 3-5 minutes until just set and creamy.
Serving
- Plate the garlic steak bites alongside the scrambled eggs and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with avocado or toast for a well-rounded meal.
