Ingredients
  

Steak Bites
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces Ribeye can be used for extra flavor.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced Consider adding roasted garlic for more flavor.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Eggs
  • 4 large eggs Don't overcook for best texture.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • a splash of milk For extra creaminess.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, toss the steak pieces with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cooking the Steak Bites
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak bites in a single layer and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until nicely browned.
  2. Remove the steak and keep warm.
Scrambling the Eggs
  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, a splash of milk, and some salt and pepper.
  2. Clean the skillet, lower the heat to medium, and pour in the egg mixture.
  3. Stir gently and cook for about 3-5 minutes until just set and creamy.
Serving
  1. Plate the garlic steak bites alongside the scrambled eggs and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with avocado or toast for a well-rounded meal.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Gently reheat to avoid overcooking the eggs.
