  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried oregano. Use a whisk or fork until thoroughly combined.
  2. Sprinkle in a bit of salt and pepper. Adjust the ingredients to taste, adding more garlic or lemon juice as desired.
  3. Cover the sauce and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to blend the flavors.
Serving
  1. Slather the heavenly sauce on your pizza crust before baking or serve it on the side for dipping.

Notes

This sauce can also be used for sandwiches, salads, and grilled meats. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
