Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Open the can of biscuit dough, flatten each biscuit, and spoon in a tablespoon of the meat mixture. Pinch the edges to seal.
Baking
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture on top of each bomb.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with dried parsley before serving.
Notes
You can prepare these ahead of time and refrigerate before baking. For variations, add diced pickles or jalapeños for extra flavor.
