Ingredients
  

For the Cheeseburger Filling
  • 1 pound ground beef Use beef for traditional cheeseburgers.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Bombs
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough The kind that pops!
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley Optional for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Open the can of biscuit dough, flatten each biscuit, and spoon in a tablespoon of the meat mixture. Pinch the edges to seal.
Baking
  1. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture on top of each bomb.
  2. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Garnish with dried parsley before serving.

Notes

You can prepare these ahead of time and refrigerate before baking. For variations, add diced pickles or jalapeños for extra flavor.
