Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Bombs
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Optional: ketchup or mustard for dipping Choose according to preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit a bit using a rolling pin or your hands.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the middle of each biscuit. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with grated parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture over the biscuit bombs.
  6. Place the bomb-filled biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with ketchup or mustard on the side for dipping.

Notes

Custom Fillings: Feel free to add diced veggies or substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. They reheat well in the oven or microwave.
