Preparation
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces (about 1-inch cubes) and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cooking
- Add the steak bites to the skillet and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove steak bites from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Melt the butter in the skillet, add minced garlic, and stir for a minute until fragrant.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet with the shrimp and toss together in the garlic butter sauce.
- Cook for another minute to combine the flavors.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Let steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking for better sear. Don’t overcook the shrimp.
