  • 4-5 cloves garlic (minced) Adjust according to garlic preference.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Smoked paprika can add a nice depth of flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper Season according to preference.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped) For garnish.
  • 1/2 medium lemon (juice of half) Adds a refreshing zing.

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat a skillet: Start by melting 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté garlic: Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp: Add shrimp to the skillet, and sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp turns pink, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Butter and lemon: Reduce heat to low, add the remaining butter and lemon juice, stirring well.
  5. Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread.

Notes

Don’t overcook the shrimp! If you’re looking for variety, try adding veggies like spinach or cherry tomatoes.
