Ingredients
  

For the lobster tails
  • 4 pieces lobster tails
For the garlic butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the back of the lobster tails to expose the meat.
  3. Gently pull the meat up so it sits above the shell.

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat and add the minced garlic.
  2. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant and golden. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Generously baste the lobster tails with the garlic butter mixture and drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the tails.
Baking
  1. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and pop them in the oven.
  2. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Serving
  1. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Don't overcook the lobster to avoid rubbery meat. Make extra garlic butter for dipping. Pair with side salad or a simple pasta.
