Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the back of the lobster tails to expose the meat.
- Gently pull the meat up so it sits above the shell.

- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat and add the minced garlic.
- Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant and golden. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Generously baste the lobster tails with the garlic butter mixture and drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the tails.
Baking
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and pop them in the oven.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Serving
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Don't overcook the lobster to avoid rubbery meat. Make extra garlic butter for dipping. Pair with side salad or a simple pasta.
