Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the top shell of the lobster tails down the middle just enough to expose the meat.
Making Garlic Butter
  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Baking
  1. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush them generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  2. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
Serving
  1. Sprinkle extra parsley on top and drizzle leftover garlic butter over the lobster tails before serving.
