Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Carefully cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Baking
  1. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet, cut side up, and pour half of the garlic butter sauce over them.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the meat is opaque and tender.
  3. Drizzle remaining garlic butter sauce over the tails and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with a side salad or garlic bread.

Notes

Don’t overcook the lobster to avoid a rubbery texture. Consider adding red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
