  • 4 pieces lobster tails, thawed if frozen Make sure they are completely thawed before cooking.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Makes the base of the garlic butter sauce.

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped Adds a gourmet touch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place lobster tails on a cutting board and cut the top of the shells lengthwise, stopping just before the tail end.
  3. Pull the lobster meat slightly out of the shell so it sits on top.
Making Garlic Butter
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Let the butter cool slightly.
  2. Pour the mixture generously over the lobster meat.
Baking
  1. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until meat is opaque and flaky.
  2. Avoid overcooking to prevent rubbery texture.
Finishing Touches
  1. Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and squeeze lemon juice over the top before serving.
