- Pull the lobster meat slightly out of the shell so it sits on top.

- Pour the mixture generously over the lobster meat.
Baking
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until meat is opaque and flaky.
- Avoid overcooking to prevent rubbery texture.
Finishing Touches
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and squeeze lemon juice over the top before serving.
