  • 2 pieces lobster tails Ensure they are fresh or fully thawed if frozen.
Garlic Butter Mixture
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter Melted.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Freshly minced for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed is recommended.
  • Salt and pepper to taste For seasoning.
  • Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise, removing any vein-like pieces.
Garlic Butter Preparation
  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Coating the Lobster
  1. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, cut side up. Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
Baking
  1. Bake the lobster tails for about 12-15 minutes, or until the flesh is opaque and cooked through. Keep an eye on them to ensure they don’t overcook!
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
