- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise, removing any vein-like pieces.
Garlic Butter Preparation
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Coating the Lobster
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, cut side up. Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
Baking
- Bake the lobster tails for about 12-15 minutes, or until the flesh is opaque and cooked through. Keep an eye on them to ensure they don’t overcook!
Serving
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
