Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Thaw and cut the lobster tails down the center using kitchen shears.
Cooking
  1. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place bite-sized lobster pieces on a baking sheet and drizzle garlicky butter over them.
