  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
Butter Garlic Sauce
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Use kitchen scissors to cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
Baking
  1. In a baking dish, arrange the lobster and shrimp tails, spooning the butter-garlic mixture over the top.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes or until cooked through.
