Seafood
  • 2 pieces lobster tails Thawed if frozen, cut down the middle.
  • 1 pound scallops Fresh scallops recommended.
Sauce
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced Add more if you love garlic.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • optional red pepper flakes For added heat.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by thawing your lobster tails if they’re frozen. Cut them down the middle with kitchen scissors.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir for about a minute until aromatic.
  3. Toss in the lobster tails and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn pink.
  4. Add the scallops, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley, cooking for another minute to meld flavors.
Serving
  1. Plate the dish and enjoy your gourmet meal!

Notes

Keep an eye on scallops to prevent overcooking. They can become rubbery if cooked too long. This recipe can easily be doubled for a larger crowd.
