- If using frozen scallops, thaw them in the fridge overnight. Cut lobster tails down the center to expose the meat.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
- Place lobster tails face down in skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway.
- Gently nestle scallops around lobster and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until scallops are browned and opaque.
Finishing Touches
- Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and squeeze lemon juice over the top. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
