  • 4 pieces lobster tails
  • 1 stick unsalted butter It's lobster, so let’s be a little indulgent!
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Or more if you’re feeling adventurous
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley A little green is always nice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the lobster tails under cold water.
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the shells down the center, stopping just before the tail fin.
Grilling
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant but not browned.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  6. Place the lobster tails shell-side down on the grill and grill for about 6-8 minutes or until the meat turns opaque.
Serving
  1. Remove the tails from the grill and drizzle with remaining garlic butter.
  2. Garnish with extra parsley and lemon wedges.

Notes

Don't overcook the lobster to keep it tender. Pair with grilled asparagus or a fresh garden salad for a well-rounded meal.
