Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Adjust according to taste.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • fresh parsley, chopped (optional) For garnish
For the Creamy Parmesan Rice
  • 1 cup jasmine rice Can substitute with favorite rice.
  • 2 cups chicken broth Or vegetable broth.
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream For a creamy texture.
  • Salt, to taste

Method
 

Sauté the Chicken
  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Add the Garlic
  1. Once the chicken is cooked, stir in the minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Rice
  1. In a separate saucepan, combine rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes until rice is tender.
  2. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese until combined.
Serve and Enjoy
  1. Serve the garlic butter chicken over the creamy parmesan rice and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Don't rush the garlic and adjust seasonings based on taste. Leftovers last in the fridge for up to three days.
