  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Optional ketchup or mustard for dipping

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Get that oven sizzling!
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season it with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned—about 6-8 minutes.
  3. After draining excess fat, remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it melts.
  4. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each piece, flatten them in your palm.
  5. Spoon a generous amount of the beef-cheese mixture into the center of each biscuit circle. Fold the edges over and pinch to seal.
  6. Place the bombs seam-side down on a greased baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and a dash of Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving with ketchup or mustard for dipping.
