Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Get that oven sizzling!
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season it with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned—about 6-8 minutes.
- After draining excess fat, remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it melts.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each piece, flatten them in your palm.
- Spoon a generous amount of the beef-cheese mixture into the center of each biscuit circle. Fold the edges over and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on a greased baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and a dash of Italian seasoning.
- Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving with ketchup or mustard for dipping.
Notes
These bombs can be customized with your favorite burger toppings like jalapeños or pickles. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can also assemble and refrigerate unbaked bombs for later use.
