  • 2 medium cucumbers, sliced Scoop out the seeds for a lighter salad.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Wash thoroughly before use.
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped More can be added for basil lovers.
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Wash your cherry tomatoes and cucumbers thoroughly. Slice the cucumbers into rounds and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, toss together the mozzarella balls, sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped basil leaves.
Dress It Up
  1. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently toss everything to combine.
