  • 1 cup milk or a dairy-free alternative Use your choice.
Eggs
  • 4 pieces eggs
Seasoning
  • to taste none salt
  • to taste none pepper
Optional Herbs
  • to taste none herbs like basil or oregano For an extra kick.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Chop your fresh vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well-combined. Add salt, pepper, and any herbs of your choice.
  4. Toss your chopped veggies into the egg mixture with the cheese, mixing gently until everything is coated.
Baking
  1. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until puffed up and golden brown.

Notes

Don’t be shy with the cheese! Layering different types can elevate the flavors. Feel free to swap in other veggies you have on hand. Leftovers taste even better the next day!
