Cooking
- Heat your griddle or pan over medium-high heat, or preheat your grill.
- Place 4 patties on the hot surface and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the patties, and immediately place a slice of cheese on each. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts.
Assembly
- Toast the buns if desired. Grab a bun, layer with lettuce, tomato, and any toppings you fancy.
- Place two cheesy patties on top and finish off with your favorite condiments.
