- Start by grabbing a large mixing bowl. Combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix well until you achieve a creamy consistency.
- Add in the graham cracker crumbs and stir until everything is mixed together.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Form small balls about the size of a golf ball and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the baking sheet for an hour to let them firm up.
- Once firm, serve and enjoy!
Notes
For nut allergies, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter or almond butter. You can also mix in dried fruit or coconut flakes for variation.
