  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries Juicy and sweet.
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced Adds tropical flair.
  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped Fresh and sweet.
Dressing
  • ΒΌ cup maple syrup Magic ingredient for flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice For a zesty kick.
Garnish
  • A handful mint leaves, chopped For garnish and freshness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather and chop all the fruits. Get kids involved to make it fun!
Mixing
  1. In a large bowl, toss together strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and pineapple.
Prepare the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup and lime juice until well combined.
Combine
  1. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to combine.
Serve
  1. Garnish with chopped mint leaves and serve immediately, or chill for 30 minutes.

Notes

Use ripe but firm fruits for best texture. Honey or agave can replace maple syrup for a less sugary option.
