Preparation
- Rinse rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

- While the rice is cooking, season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 10-15 minutes.
- Once the rice is finished, fluff with a fork and serve with the chicken.
