- Firmly press this mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.

- In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.

- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and bake for about 15-18 minutes.
Chilling
- Allow the pie to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Serving
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with lime slices and zest before serving.
Notes
Juice fresh limes for an unbeatable zing. A pre-made graham cracker crust can be used if short on time. Add a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
