Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.25 cups sugar
For the Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 bars regular-sized Snickers, chopped
For the Topping
  • 3 bars fun-sized Snickers, chopped
  • chocolate sauce, for drizzling
  • caramel sauce, for drizzling

Method
 

Preheat and Prep
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Make the Crust
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  2. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes and then let it cool.
Prepare the Filling
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add in the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract, mixing until you achieve stiff peaks.
Add Snickers
  1. Gently fold in the chopped Snickers bars.
Assemble the Pie
  1. Pour the cheesecake filling into the cooled crust, spreading it evenly.
Chill
  1. Cover and refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours (or overnight for the best results).
Add Toppings
  1. Sprinkle the fun-sized Snickers on top, then drizzle generously with chocolate and caramel sauce.

Notes

Feel free to use a pre-made graham cracker crust to save time. Leftovers can be stored covered in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
