Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the flour and salt until just combined.
- Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Filling
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate chips and butter, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the fresh raspberries gently.
- Spread the chocolate raspberry mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Let cool in the pan before slicing into bars.
Notes
