- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice, and salt. Whisk until everything is well blended and smooth.
- Grease a 9-inch pie pan and pour your pumpkin mixture into it.
- Bake for about 55-60 minutes until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, feel free to experiment with additional spices. This pie can be served warm or cold, and topping it with whipped cream is highly recommended.
