Preparation
  1. Season the pork tenderloin generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Stir until well mixed.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned pork tenderloin in the crockpot and pour the glaze over the top, ensuring it's well-coated.
  2. Cover and set the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
Serving
  1. Once done, remove the pork from the crockpot and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  2. Drizzle with cooking sauce and serve with sides like mashed potatoes or a salad.

Notes

This dish is freezer-friendly; marinate the pork in the sauce and freeze for up to three months. Leftovers can be used in salads or sandwiches.
