- Start by opening your trusty Crock Pot and tossing in the little smokies.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the top.
- Slice the stick of unsalted butter into chunks and scatter it across the smokies.
- Add about 5-7 pepperoncini peppers, along with a bit of their juice.
Cooking
- Cover the Crock Pot and set it to low for about 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Once cooked, serve and enjoy the flavorful dish.
Notes
If you have more time, letting your dish cool before serving enhances the flavor. You can also mix in other ingredients like onions or garlic. The sauce may look lumpy, but that’s normal and just means deliciousness is waiting.
