Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, add the cauliflower florets, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
  3. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss again until all flavors are coated over the florets.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer, avoiding crowding to ensure crispiness.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the florets are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let the bites cool for a minute, toss with fresh parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, try broiling for the last 2-3 minutes. You can substitute garlic powder with Italian seasoning or chili powder for a different flavor. Broccoli can be used as a substitute for cauliflower.
