  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet) take your pick!

  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) if you’re feeling fancy

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Oven: First things first, crank that oven up to 425°F (220°C). This high temperature will help the cauliflower crisp up beautifully.
  2. Prep the Cauliflower: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss it together until every piece is fully coated.
  3. Arrange on a Baking Sheet: Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Roast to Perfection: Pop that baking sheet in the oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  5. Garnish and Enjoy: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Don't overcrowd the pan while roasting to avoid steaming. Feel free to change up the seasonings to fit your taste. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, reheat for maximum crunch.
