Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). This step is crucial for achieving that perfect crispiness.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until nicely coated.
  3. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the cauliflower.
  4. Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Pop the cauliflower in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until it is golden brown and crispy. Shake halfway through for even cooking.
