- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss until the sprouts are well coated.
Cooking
- Spread the Brussels sprouts out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast them in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway for even roasting.
- Once golden brown and crispy, drizzle with more honey or balsamic vinegar if desired, and add crushed red pepper flakes if you'd like.
Serving
- Serve hot as a side or snack.
Notes
Cut Brussels sprouts evenly for best results. Don’t crowd the pan to avoid steaming instead of roasting. Experiment with flavors by adding garlic or Parmesan.
