  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss until the sprouts are well coated.
Cooking
  1. Spread the Brussels sprouts out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Roast them in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway for even roasting.
  3. Once golden brown and crispy, drizzle with more honey or balsamic vinegar if desired, and add crushed red pepper flakes if you'd like.

Notes

Cut Brussels sprouts evenly for best results. Don’t crowd the pan to avoid steaming instead of roasting. Experiment with flavors by adding garlic or Parmesan.
