Assembly & Cooking
- Lay a tortilla flat, add about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture, and sprinkle with cheese. Roll tightly.
- In a deep skillet, pour enough oil to cover the bottom and heat over medium-high. Fry taquitos for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.

- Serve taquitos hot with dips like salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.
Notes
For extra crispiness, try baking instead of frying at 425°F until golden brown. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for later.
