Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Optional: Add parchment paper on top.
  3. Arrange the bacon strips in a single layer on the baking sheet, avoiding overlaps.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle a dash of black pepper over the bacon.
Cooking
  1. Bake the bacon for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy to your desired level.
  2. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
  3. Transfer the cooked bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.

Notes

For best results, use thick-cut bacon and monitor cooking time closely. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or can be frozen for longer storage.
