Preparation

  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.

  4. Lightly spray or brush each chicken thigh with olive oil, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
Cooking
  1. Place the coated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Air fry for about 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  3. Flip the chicken halfway through cooking to ensure even crispiness.
  4. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For variations, you can add your favorite herbs or spices to the breadcrumb mixture. If you prefer baking, you can cook at 425°F (220°C) for about 35-40 minutes.
