- Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and pour the batter into the pan, smoothing the top.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool for about 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
Serving
- Once cooled, slice and serve plain, dusted with powdered sugar, or with berries.
