Cooking the Pasta

- Chop lobster tails into bite-sized chunks or scoop the meat from whole lobsters if using.

Combining Ingredients
- Gently fold in cooked spaghetti and lobster chunks, tossing until well-coated in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Serving
- Plate the lobster spaghetti and sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.
Notes
Experiment by adding red pepper flakes for heat or cherry tomatoes for color. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days.
