- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and cream cheese, stirring until everything is well combined and creamy.
- Mix in your chopped lobster meat, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until the lobster has mixed into the creamy mixture. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Spoon the creamy lobster mixture over crispy toast or in phyllo cups and top with chopped green onions or chives.
Notes
If you’re not a lobster fan, use shrimp or crabmeat instead. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
