Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the middle, stopping just before the end.
Making the Sauce
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Once bubbling, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Baking the Lobster
- Scoop a generous amount of garlic butter over the lobster meat, ensuring every inch is covered.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the meat is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Serving
- Once out of the oven, drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the tops and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
If you want more of a kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. Serve over creamy risotto or alongside a salad for balance.
