Ingredients
  

Lobster Tails
  • 2 pieces lobster tails
Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons butter Use unsalted butter for better control of seasoning.
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced Fresh garlic recommended for the best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed, if possible.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season according to preference.
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley For garnish and added flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the middle, stopping just before the end.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Once bubbling, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Baking the Lobster
  1. Scoop a generous amount of garlic butter over the lobster meat, ensuring every inch is covered.
  2. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the meat is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Serving
  1. Once out of the oven, drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the tops and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  2. Serve immediately.

Notes

If you want more of a kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. Serve over creamy risotto or alongside a salad for balance.
